This hilarious comedy centers on five eccentric students, known as “Kimengumi” in the school hall, who all befriend the cutest girl in school and her best friend. While the original manga (and its first TV anime) were set in the 1980s, the new anime sets the story in the modern Reiwa era and features a new cast.
