Welcome to Anime News Network’s Fall 2025 Comics Guide! You may have seen our seasonal anime preview guide, where a team of critics writes about each new anime TV premiere at the start of each season. Now, doing something similar with comics would be tricky – new comic series don’t have the same “seasonal” release schedule, so we came to this conclusion: a survey of comic releases over three months, focusing on premiere series.
This is an ongoing guide. We will update the guide daily. We also provide famous light novels released in these months (published on Saturdays), as well as K manga guides and 18+ manga guides for early next month!
This guide focuses specifically on series premieres; we think this will be the most useful method. Please keep in mind that these are reviews of the first volume only – we will not be reviewing the entire content or the digital chapters beyond the first volume. If you’ve read the previous stuff, please try not to spoil things for people in the forum. All reviews use the same rating scale: 1-5, with 1 being the lowest.
