Upcoming live-action web series newbieAdapted from Shin Yeo-reum’s webcomic of the same name, it will premiere in South Korea on October 27 at 9:00 pm (Korean time) Youtube KBS Daese-nam Channel.
newbie is a young love story that follows the awkward yet heartfelt experiences of 20-year-olds as they explore love, dreams, and friendship in shared houses and college campuses.
Actors Jung Goo Hyun and Go Jae Hyun play Se Beom and Ji Won respectively, and Kang Sung Jin, Kang Ji Goo, Song Yeon Hee and others also make special appearances.
The webtoon will be serialized on Naver Webtoon from 2021 to 2023.
Currently, the webcomic is not available in an official English version.
