As viewers increasingly consume entertainment in short form, the release reflects a broader trend in the network station industry. Competitors also joined the transition: April, Kakao Entertainment emission “Helix Shorts”, features on AI-generated Webtoon trailer Page Cocoa;Ridibooks launched a global short drama platform called Kanta in Japan earlier this month.
