Showcase targets are released in the second half of 2025

South Korean media production company K Wave Media announced on Thursday that it has begun production based on a brief live show from the popular Naver Webtoon Man and woman are on the sidecreated by Tae-Ho Go.
The series is co-produced with Metauniverse and directed by Yoo-Yeon Lee, which is known for its youth romance projects The best mistake. The adaptation will consist of 50 episodes, about 90 seconds each, designed for short form viewing.
The original Webtoon gained a strong following for its realistic dialogue and layered roles, resonating with young adult readers. According to KWM, the show aims to launch in the second half of 2025. Specific distribution platforms and schedules will be announced later.
The story follows Namjoo Min, who once dreamed of becoming a professional football player but ultimately failed. and Ju-hye Yeo, a woman who has struggled with family disharmonious and troubled relationships since she went to school. When the two meet, they gradually begin to understand and empathize with each other, thus forming a bond through shared pain and growth.
Currently, the original Webtoon does not have an official English version. The original Korean network station was launched from 2018 to 2019.
