Love Live CD Delayed Amid Claims Its Jacket Art Used Generative AI – Interest

Ren no Sora Women’s Academy School Idol ClubIt was announced on Tuesday that the group’s eighth single “Hajimari no Haneoto” has been postponed from November 26 to December 24. According to the staff, the reason for the delay was an error in the single’s cover art. The announcement included pictures of the cover art before and after the correction:

The delay comes amid claims that the jacket art was created using generative artificial intelligence. The announcement comes in response to the original announcement of the single’s release date of October 31st. After a cursory scan of the 170+ responses, several commenters highlighted a portion of the artwork that they claim demonstrates the use of generative AI.

As of press time, Love life! franchise No statement has been released confirming or denying the use of generative AI in the cover art of “Hajimari no Haneoto”.
