Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun: IruMafia Edition Volume 1 Manga Review – Review

The alternative universe is no longer something of fantasy novels. Or rather, they have never been; it’s just that many early fantasy novels are rarely called this. But how do you also describe the Hodders series by the 19th-century American humorist John Kendrick Bangs, which began with a bestseller in 1895. Boathouse on Styxtogether he threw the famous dead on the boathouse of the same name, and sent them to conduct Zany Adventures? halibutWelcome to the Demon School of Iruma-kun: Irumafia Edition Probably not that high (although Bangs will certainly laugh and hear what his book describes), but this requires a similarly weird premise, and for that reason: What if Iruma and all of her acquaintances were Mafiosi instead of a demon?

Hear halibut and original series creators Osamu Nishi Talking about it seems at least half of it is halibutDesire to attract everyone to wear a marriage suit. A suit that calls himself a sommelier, halibutIn every panel of the book, it is obvious, and the love for fashion is obvious. Fit, tailoring, hats and patterns, everything about suits is perfectly tailored to the style and personality of each character. I’m hardly a suit expert, even though I’m impressed, even if I put the iruma into the white and everyone else’s nose a little bit of a symbol of the nose.

That’s because, Iruma is still Iruma, grandson of the devil or mafia. In this version of the story, he lives in a tent under the bridge of a five-year-old slum, quickly giving food and money to any mob who is well demanding it. When he stumbles upon a man bleeding in the street, he immediately takes him home, tries him, and feeds his only bread. Soon after, the man appeared in the limousine – he was Don Sullivan, the head of the Babir Mafia, who had a burning desire for his grandson. At first, Little Iruma was frightened, but eventually won by the promise of food – Sullivan allowed him to adopt the good intentions of opera as well.

Opera is perhaps the most varied character in this version. We first met them in Sullivan’s torture chamber, and they casually restricted the guards with their feet. Sullivan plans to kill the opera, but Iruma recognizes a slum compatriot whose first move as Sullivan’s grandson is to beg for the life of opera. Original Opera is a sleek operator (hint on the hardships of the past) irumafia Opera is vicious and always excited about bleeding. Frowning on his face, the loyalty of the opera is loyalty to Irumah, even if they don’t always understand him. Yes, the opera is also clear, and in the four-sided slats at the end of the book, Iruma asks the opera about their gender and they answer, “Who shit?” To be honest, I hope more people answer such intrusive questions.

Maybe it’s because of the settings, irumafia More violent than his parents series. As these things develop, most of the violence is quite tame, and given the theme, Gore will keep it at its lowest level. Iruma has plenty of chance to exercise his amazing avoidance skills, and in some ways the joke works better here. There is a charm in the world that is rich in Nehish character design (by halibut), humor is less ventilation than the original, which also makes sense in settings and premises. Still, everyone we met so far is largely recognizable, and opera is the main surprise, although they are still obviously opera. The story is especially interesting.

The entire actor is not here yet. Because the story begins when Iruma is five years old and the opera is prepubertal, there is no time to bring everyone in. Opera, iruma, sullivan and kalego are the original cast of this volume, although Asmodeus does appear on the last page, which is enough to make me want to read the next volume. (I also really want to see how Clara and Ameri are used.) It’s a little crazy, very interesting book in the book, and assuming you don’t mind the mafia for humor, while the Italians throw it in very randomly, which is a safe bet for Iruma fans – and a sharp suit.
