Episode 9 – Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof

although Ninja and assassin under a roof There is no doubt that this is a gag-style series – ninja magic, self-aware robots and the Assassin’s Guild and other crazy things – the world itself is taken seriously. There is continuity between plots, and our heroine’s past keeps returning to her butt. So it’s just a matter of time until we get a plot like this, we’ll get some specific rules about Satoko’s power.
So far, it is said that she can only turn non-biological objects into leaves – fortunately, this includes corpses. While we accept this fact, the question has been lurking in the background: “How do we know this is true?”
After all, in the last episode, we see Satoko turning the devil who owns Marin into leaves. Although the devil is not completely “alive”, it is not a lifeless object either. Therefore, it makes sense to understand the limits of Satoko’s power, not out of curiosity, but out of personal safety of Marin and Konoha. I mean, what if Satoko accidentally touches you and turns you to the leaves? After all, the idea that she can make you look back is just guess.
So we get some ancient “science” tests in this episode. While it seems that the living meat still cannot turn to the leaves, the problem remains that this is a real limit on Satoko’s skill or spiritual block. After all, in this episode, she believes she needs ninja clothes to best use her powers – even in the last episode, we saw her immediately dealing with ninjas and two supernatural creatures in her tracks.
We also learn about this episode, obviously there is no size limit on objects that can become leaves. It’s just that the larger the object, the longer it takes to become a leaf. This is terrible. This means that Satoko can touch buildings, airplanes or cruise ships, only suddenly disappear after a few hours/day. If the assassination association doesn’t care about collateral damage, then she could be the highest assassin with no problem.
Another part of this episode is mainly about showing how far the relationship between Satoko and Konoha is. At this point, Satoko knew the Assassin well enough to get her a meaningful gift, and Konoha was already willing to share a bed with the ninja when she was scared. We are going to reach the point where Sotoko and Konoha are almost at the same level.
These scenes in between are also filled with some super detailed animations. Character movements (especially manual movements) are done in a way that must be rotated. It almost feels like a demo reel lens – axial displays the subtleties of their ability to show human motion.
All in all, while far from the most interesting (or shocking) episode of the series, this episode does at least do some wonderful world architecture. After all, understanding Satoko’s rules of power means we will be able to feel the tension in dramatic moments in the future. The character moments aren’t half bad either, you’ll feel slowly but surely, Satoko is entering Konoha’s heart. Overall, this is a good thing.

Random thought:
•I like Satoko’s concern for other Ninjas, she only remembers that they are just black ninja stereotypes.
•The interior of the porn store is a dark mask of darkness, with no light escape. …Then check it.
• Of course, Yuri and Kuro will keep Kuro’s ninja clothes for a sexy time.
•When we see what is actually spread, the entire Paradise Live angle returns well.
