Episode 11 – Kowloon Generic Romance

The brakes turn off again Kowloon Universal Romance The tense plot is full of revelation and resolution, all incorporated into a high degree of fear. For English comic readers, we are now entering the unknown territory, with at least half of the material in Episode 11 derived from untranslated chapters. I’m not sure how much of it is the primitive nature of the anime, but considering that we only have two episodes left after this, it can bring the taunting narrative of Kujirai, Kudo and Friends to a satisfying conclusion. Comics rarely have any time to stop…

Thankfully, both anime, Episode 11 is by far one of the best in the series, ultimately confirming some outstanding fan theory that this is this weird, universal version of the Bison. It has long been suspected that the content of Kowloon 3.0 is directly related to Hajime Kudo’s memory. Those mysterious streets? A place Kudo has never been to. That novel is full of nonsense? Kudo browsed it, not remembering the details. Missing cat shelter built by Gwen? It returns only after he informs Kudo about its existence. Is Xiaoxiaoxing actually a male? That was a joke between Gwen and Kujirai, so when Gwen corrected Kudo’s misunderstanding…that led to one of the biggest and most frustrating “oh shit” moments in the series.

This episode hurt my heart.

At least in the comics, Little Lolita-style Hill is a constantly engaging side character, always optimistic and busy with so many part-time jobs, which becomes a joke that she definitely pops up everywhere In Kowloon. Although the anime has greatly reduced her appearances, I still think we are scared when Gwen realizes the true identity she has won.

Of course, the timing is almost ruthless cruelty – the size and high emphasis on Yuron’s request to kill Kujirai A, something he is reluctant to do – of course, that’s the point of Kujirai. At this point, she received a panicked call from Koo Ono, who was unable to turn off the alarm on her house because it was too high to reach out, so Kujirai dragged the obviously tall hill with her, refusing to “no” “no” for answers.

The initial result is a sweet, even sad scene as both versions of Xiaohei appear in the right face-to-face for the first time, while the size of the size high lamented part of him feeling forced to give up, and this is a universal version of his past self, still indulging himself in the way he loved. Little Xiaohei’s smile is so incredibly cute when he learns Big Xiaohei likes frills too…and she disappears as if she’s never been there. Kudo now sees them as the same person, which means that one’s existence must be covered by the other person for some reason. It was such a cruel twist that was so desperate, but we know it was always possible.

The identity crisis of poor size and size is heartbreaking. He feels himself he It’s an impostor, and the little boy’s little boy can live the life he wants – until she can’t do it again. Now, Xiaomi has disappeared, and even the small sea has no choice to upload his consciousness into her body, because the possibility of Yulon promised is possible. Yaomay insisted that wearing some wrinkled clothes helped him to accept himself and leave Kowloon and his regrets. Because, just like Yulong’s earlier intuition, only those with deep regrets can see and interact with Kowloon 3.0.

This leads to another heartbreaking moment of sadness that ends the episode: the newly inspired Yaomay, determined to face her mother’s control over her life, is separated from the little boy from Kowloon. When Xiao New’s pleated dress fell on Ether, his regret was also Kowloon. There is no regret that links them to this mysterious underworld, with Xiaomi and Yaomay forever separated from it, the friends they make there. It was a catastrophic loss for Yaomay, as Kujirai A was her best friend, who inspired her to seek “absolute self” and doing so sows the seeds of separation.

I felt the turbulent sandstorm in Kowloon’s walls as Kujirai stood alone. She lost two of her biggest allies, leaving only Mercurial Kudo and the less popular welfare Gwen, not to mention her potential deadly enemy, Yulong, who is now able to enter the illusory city to hunt her down. Whether the lining of Xiaomi’s pleated jacket persists may suggest Kujira’s magic pill, and the possibility of her survival outside of Kowloon is hard to say. Yaomay may be made from fabrics originating from outside the city.

We still don’t fully understand the mechanism of Kudo’s relationship with Kowloon 3.0, even if it somehow seems to have formed from his memory. Brainwashing food doesn’t seem to affect him. Someone told us that this version of kujirai is not his creation, so what is she? She witnessed a disturbing scene through her magic glasses, where Kujirai B sours suspicious capsules through mailboxes by exchanging amulets. I’m not sure about the relevance of the Magician Tarot cards that accompany them, but is it certainly the Ouroboros/Infinity symbol engraved on the capsules important? The symbol is also similar to “8”, which is certainly important in Chinese culture that is related to “luck”. When Kudo’s strange little quirk touches eight wherever he goes, Kowloon is covered in this number, which sounds similar to the word “wealth”. Whether this is related to the amulets plastered everywhere is unclear, but there seems to be some connection between them and Hebinuma Pharmaceuticals.

Although the plot of Hibinama has not developed much this time, we will at least have a certain background in Miyagi’s childhood and Yulon’s motivation to help him. Miyuki’s desire for revenge stems from the death of his Kowloon-resident mother, despite the promise of a senior Sibinoma to save her life. Miyuki’s attempt to get to know himself with his father is why he wears a snake tattoo and wears his tongue with a knife. Yulong believes Miyuki has become addicted to Kowloon 3.0 and revenge and is determined to save his friends, no matter how much the cost. Kujirai is better looking at himself.
