Sieglinde and Wolfram’s relationship does not fully reflect Sebastian and Ciel’s, but there are similarities. Sascha and Ludger noted that Ciel could see them because as the demon’s contractor, he already had a foot in the grave. A careful study of the genealogy that Sascha is reading seems to show the deaths of many Ciel’s ancestors (usually around thirty if my eyes don’t deceive me), so it may not be too “used with Sebastian” and more “illusions” that allow Ciel to see them.
