I want to tell a story, I will tell the blue arc Become a hero x By far, this is the weakest on the show. There are no real twists or turns; it’s fairly simple and predictable. But that doesn’t mean it won’t be done well.
The characters are complex and subtle. From beginning to end, we only have people who believe in doing the right thing, even if they have to do something wrong to get there. This is true even for the reporter who found Cyan and the head of Cyan Hero Agency. But, of course, this is the main example of the orphanage director. He believes that using cyan can be used because it is for greater benefit.
However, once Cyano escapes him, he is left with only a failed hero and a failed cult leader’s insecurity. All this emotional pain made him try to find someone who was blamed. Sadly, this is part of human nature. After all, it’s hard to see your life and realize that you are the problem.
Worse, this mentality of blaming hunting is contagious—in fact, in a world of fear and creating superpowers. In this case, once the fear is under control, none of them are really in the right mind – they are zombies, and they put everything in their lives wrongly on their cyan shoulders. They live completely to hate her. If all of these were not fables of modern humans, I would not know what it was.
Another wonderful aspect of this arc is world building, especially with superpowers. We see time and time again that the power of cyan luck is not based on the beliefs of others, even working with Zero Believer. To prove this again, we can even see her actual power based on faith this week, namely her superpower, agility and various gadgets. Luck has nothing to do with them.
If anything, the biggest secret of this arc is the origin of the power of cyan luck and what it is. This week, we finally got the answer. Cyan’s luck comes not from trust or fear, but from a completely different source: the power of hope. A full plane, those who know they will die, hope that they will hope with all their hearts that an innocent child on the ship will be lucky to live. Therefore, cyan became. She was permanently changed, embodying the hope of all these people, and thus became the luckiest person.
This is completely reasonable when you think about it in the context of the series. While both suggestive and direct expression of fear being seen as the reciprocal of trust, this is not true at all. Belief is certainty about the state of the world, and fear is a vague concern about the future. Hope, hope that something good will happen in the future, this is the real countdown to fear.
We can see this in the scene where she rides on a box truck. She plays chords on the guitar, both of which are “lucky” to transfer the oncoming car into a form she can pass and eliminates fear while infecting the driver. Heck, during the climax, she throws a glass ball and hits the fire alarm “lucky” to activate the flight recording, which clears his fear.
Although trust can beat fear, as we see through Liner, that’s the hope that it is a real weakness. While Cyan may not want to be a superhero, her unique nature makes her perhaps the biggest weapon against any fear-based supervillain, although it may not make much sense to decide the next top hero in the upcoming game.

Random thought:
• Following our knowledge of her power, I can’t see cyan win the game. Being a top hero won’t be “lucky” for her. It seems that she doesn’t want this responsibility and it doesn’t suit her.
•This episode looks largely in Year 37, as X just beat Queen in the tournament that year and is becoming the new top hero.
•When cyan dispels fear to the oncoming driver and forces them to separate in front of her, we get graphic glitches like X uses his realistic abilities. I wonder if this means that like Cyan, the power of X is also based on hope, not on trust. This could also explain how he defeated the Queen, even though he was a “no one” trust far less than her.
•The final shot of this episode is when Shanghai Chao’s father enters Yang Cheng’s abandoned superhero hideout… Maybe he will help make his son’s new hero in his son’s memory.
