This week, Locke is the modesty of the lady The character prototype that has been invisible so far: Boy, breaking new ground. The first half of this episode is stupid and artificial, but not fatal. Following up with one fight with another isn’t as creative as I want, and the massive rules of the venue owner evaporate immediately when the opponent walks through the door. I thought she brought a challenge to the girls to find a competitor to reach them – which might open the door to interesting narratives. Perhaps the band went deeper into the music world in pursuit of a battle, and perhaps this provided a more inspiring contrast to their school life. I just spit out squash. Instead, the plot moves forward through the power of incredible coincidence, which feels cheap.
Anyway, I respect the swaying of the boy band, which is a futile little team (note the pronunciation similarity between “Bacchus” and “Bakas”). Rock Lady It’s clear that this is a designated Yuri area only and there is a huge gap between a group of cute quirks for girls and annoying braggadocio for boys. According to Lilisa’s observations, they are also an extension of the privilege that surrounded Yayoi last week – they are both rich, they go to a prestigious university, they can hire professional songwriters, and have online influence. In other words, each of them has the luxury of seeing music as transfer, so they see all music as transfer. Their manager is a lonely sympathetic man because he is the outsider of Bacchus’ glitz and charm.
Gender plays a role here, too. The guys pushed Alice aside in the first meeting and threatened her with violence before the concert. They take up as much space as they want and push anyone who is in the way they are. and their general attitude towards Lilisa and the company, and their disgust towards female fan cadres. By contrast, this is a toxic masculinity towards T. And Lilisa, Ottoha and Tamaki were barely spreading with little flowers, and the aggressive exits did not oppress or suffocate. They are liberating. They incorporate frustration into the music and performance. When they say trash like sailors take a break, they will in a way that aims to inspire progress for themselves and others (the results may vary). Frankly, they turn their repressed energy into reciprocity that relies on trust and communication. It requires them to remain harmonious.
Unfortunately, this harmony becomes disharmonious when Otoha disagrees with the adventure. This surprised Lilisa, but it shared Otoha’s previous attitude and opinions. She just wants to be hot with the women she is interested in, she doesn’t care about honor, morality or victory. And, Otoha is still a password. While we know most of the psychological conspiracy that makes Lilisa, Tamaki and Tina tick feet, their drummer is like a capricious muse because she feels like this. Otoha is also human, I hope Rock Lady Will explore her psychology at some point, but I don’t think we’re going to get there until the season is over.
Despite her mysteriously motivated, Otoha asks a good question: do they play music to please themselves, or do they play music to please the audience? This is the remaining theme attention from the previous arc, and this time it’s loud again. Naturally, it is not an omnipresent problem either. Any art form needs to consider the artist’s vision and intended audience, even if done subconsciously. As for me, I usually like it when the artist succumbed to his indulgence because that feels more real, but the works still end up being packaged to consider others. It’s about finding the right balance, which is usually a journey of life, so Lilisa and her teammates in her arms have a long way to go before them. Still, more power to wipe the floor with these Bacchus Bozos should help speed things up.
I will end with the MVP that praises Alis as this episode. Her fake antics have been fun since Lilisa blown her off on the jazz show, but she stepped up the game this week. First, she correctly said that although her imagination was more chaste than reality, her imagination was more tolerant. Her sister complex also deteriorates in the best way when the rest of the band informally adopts her as their mutual aid. Most importantly, Alice finally stood up for her heirs. Even after Bacchus’s lead singer grabbed the collar, she wouldn’t back down. Afterward, Lilisa rewarded her with a heartfelt hug, so I’m sure Alice would get enough compensation for sticking her neck out, but her feelings and admiration for her big sister are real. Music brings them together and eliminates any previous hatred between them. Hopefully these girls can solve similar tricks with the avid Bacchus fan minority tricks.
