Virgin Punk: Clockwork Girl Anime Film Review – Review

Virgin Punk It’s the most gorgeous 35-minute super anime I’ve ever seen. Each frame has an unreal level of detail. The action itself is smooth, clear, impressive choreography. The direction is also a masterclass of visual storytelling, and some rotating mirrors have been used to make the character movement as smooth and realistic as possible. The term “eye candy” feels like it is used to describe the movie. However, it is impressive that the film has depth behind the beauty of the appearance.
Despite all the actions, explosions and gunfights, it’s a psychological thriller. Anime is like witnessing The ghost in the shell From the victim’s point of view, the story of crime – in this case, a girl who puts her brain on the robot on the robot is against her will, and this is the slave of that man. It’s a completely terrifying concept that is visually displayed throughout the story.
UBU’s naked robot body has multiple shots. Although she may be 25 years old and her body is synthesized itself, the fact remains based on her actual 14-year-old body. The nudity in this film is not disturbing, but rather shows Mr. Elegance’s disturbing level of control over UBU. Not only did he enslave her, he also had complete control over her appearance. He can wear clothes as he wishes. She has no privacy and he can walk into her in the shower or bed at any time and use her body to do whatever he wants. She is his doll, that’s it. It’s pathological and terrible – it’s the point.
UBU has only two places to control its own life. The first one was in her mind. Her mind is still her own, and like her physical skills, her mind first makes her a high bounty hunter. The second is when she was hunting illegal robots in the wild, and it was her chance to start making plans to fight back with the kidnappers.
Interestingly, there is an extra layer of Mr. Elegance’s move. There is no doubt that he enslaved the pervert of UBU, but the motivation for doing so is that others threaten her life. If he hadn’t done what he did to UBU, she would almost certainly die. He saved her life – even for all the wrong reasons. But the reason why another person is completely hunted by another person remains one of the looming mysteries of the anime, which will undoubtedly be explored further in later chapters.
All in all, if you’ve seen a director Yasuomi umetsuThe classic works are like Kite and Strongyou know what to expect from this movie. Visually you will focus on the young girl with a big gun, and by thematically you have a story of an older man trying to control a young woman. It all blends together, shocking, disturbing, exciting and memorable.
