Comic Exporter, a subsidiary of Diamond Comic Distributors Inc., announced on July 31 that the two companies have entered into an agreement to sell 100% of shares of Diamond Comic Distributors UK (Diamond UK) to Diamond Distributors UK UK Ltd., a new company owned and managed by Diamond UK’s existing management team.
