Ranking representation Relative Quality (a is better than b), not absolute Quality (B is good/bad). While the titles range from “best” to “worst”, sometimes the difference between #1 and #10 can be thin. So, don’t accept it yourself if your favorite is near the bottom of the list. That doesn’t mean it’s a bad show, it just means Ann Readers, averagelike the above more.
If a series does not have episodes in a given week, we will use the rating data from the previous week’s episode to calculate the weekly ranking. This is not officially viewing it as a position in the ranking (it has no effect on cumulative rankings), but if each of them ranks the same number, it is easier to compare weeks.
It should be noted that long-running series (and sequels) have an advantage in some sense, as only people who like the series are still watching it, and they are likely to give each plot a high rating. But if such a series goes through a low-quality fill arc, then you will get low-level rankings this season that don’t indicate the true overall quality of the series. Instead, fewer people rated the show, so there is less chance of being eligible for rankings.
