A troubled photographer, a fame-seeking UFO enthusiast and a devoted cult member all search for answers, but what they find may be more extraordinary than they bargained for.

Ribeiro said:

“I started writing this story during quarantine at the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, based on a draft of a story I had thought of years ago. I have always been a fan of occult podcasts, especially those related to UFOs, although I am somewhat skeptical of most of them. My main inspiration for the tone of this story, aside from a few cases in Brazil, was twin peaks And, while it’s not a horror story, movies like this Lin Gu and Zhu Wen. I wanted a suspense story where suspense wasn’t the main attraction, but the relationships between the characters and their quest to be understood by others –

It’s a story about how even though we know someone well, there’s always something about that person that’s a little foreign to us, and vice versa. I’m delighted that this personal story with such specifically Brazilian elements has been translated into English, and I hope readers enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it! “

Ribeiro also created iris complex, sara animal, sail with you comics.
