japanese band Wildebeest King Unveiled music video for latest song “So Bad” created in collaboration with animation studio A-1 pictures Directed by OSRIN. The band says this is their “first fully animated video.” It features animated versions of the band members.
Wildebeest King guitarist and singer Dashu Tsuneda Commenting in a press release: “I have always loved animation and, from the early days of my career, I have used animated expressions to create work wherever possible. Now, one of my dreams has come true –Wildebeest Kinghand-drawn animation, brought to life by OSRIN, A-1 pictures. I’m so grateful and excited – it’s simply the best. “
Wildebeest King“So Bad” is the theme song composed for Universal Studios Japan’s “Zombi de Dance” Halloween Horror Nights event. Their single was released on September 5th.
The band was originally formed in 2013 under the name Mrs.Vinci and later changed its name to Srv.Vinci. The band changed its name Wildebeest King In 2017, the band released two albums independently before signing to Arriola Japan and released their major debut album OK January 2019.
The band has sung theme songs for the following anime: banana fish (“Pray X”), king ranking (“boys”), Jiu Jitsu Kaiba 0 (“Ichizu” and “Sakayume”), Season 2 Jujutsu Kaisen (“SPECIALZ”), and Detective Conan: One-Eyed Flashback Movies (“The Twilight Zone!!!”).
