Millie’s Library Launches Webtoon Service, Expanding Subscription Storytelling Platform – News

Millie, a leading reading platform based on Korean subscriptions, officially launched its Webtoon service on September 23, further expanding its ecosystem of “subscribe to story content.”

The move comes as the introduction of “Millie Story” introduced in June, which adds online novels and audio online novels to the platform. With the new Webtoon product, Millie’s library now integrates books, web novels, audio content and web libraries into a single integrated subscription service.

The release highlights the diversity of original IPs. Millie’s Library launches exclusive web modifications to popular romantic web novels Slaves of the palacein addition to AI character chatbots related to the story.

The lineup also includes several popular titles, such as goongaccumulated 18.44 million views; King’s Manufacturer The series exceeds 20 million views; and famous works clamp,,,,, dokgo,,,,, My Z boyfriend,,,,, My fifth friend,,,,, Do you believe in fate?and Disaster Girl.

By the end of this year, Millie’s library plans to secure about 48 Webtoons, expanding the catalog to about 2,300 volumes. Its online novel service is expected to have more than 10,000 games in the same time frame.

Founded in 2016, Millie’s library was originally the first subscription-based e-book platform in South Korea and has since grown into one of the largest reading services in the country. The platform has over 6 million cumulative subscribers.
