Episodes 1-3 – Secrets of the Silent Witch

These three episodes The Secret of the Silent Witch Everyone lays the foundation for the story to appear in a different way.
The first episode is to let go of the premise. We first introduce the world, the main participants and the premise of the performance. Basically, the kingdom is on the verge of inheritance crisis. When many support the crown prince for throwing, the second prince, Felix, was supported by a powerful duke who seemed to want to use the young prince as a pawn to seize power from the hands of the royal family and collect it himself. This is not surprising, making Felix the target of the assassination of the Crown faction, especially when he is currently outside the school outside the palace.
To make things more complicated, the obstacle mage Louis Miller is tasked with protecting Felix, a member of the Crown Prince faction, making him less trust than Felix or his allies. Therefore, Louis recruits Monica Everett, a silent witch, a powerful wizard who has nothing to do with any faction, and even the royal family happens to be unknown to his face. In other words, she is ideal for just protecting Felix from the shadows.
The problem with episode one is not the information we provide, but how we give it to us. The episode is almost entirely illustrative conversation, with Louis telling Monica the whole story. There was no front at the exhibition, and there was little joke because of how uninterested Monica was and how fearful Monica was of the plan to send her to the secret school of the nobles.
On the other hand, episode two is about radiating Monica as a character. When it comes to this, Monica’s social anxiety – so big that she developed a new way to use magic without chanting magic so that she doesn’t have to talk about it in front of people – it’s a complex question, from two sources. The first is the “natural” issue. Monica is obsessed with math; it’s her special interest and she can’t help but want to share it with everyone around her for the cool and fun. (That’s what makes her so magical.) But she knows few people feel the same about it, even if she can’t quite imagine what this might be.
The second question is the issue of “raising”. Monica’s new “guardians” will defeat her when she talks about math in public (which may be the unhappy men) after her father is killed. This instilled her fear of talking-she never knew the “right” words to say in any given situation. Any wrong word in her child’s mind could make anyone stand out and end with a beating. Therefore, her defense mechanism is not mentioned at all. Now, after a few years, she can barely speak – even when she knows not to answer, it can cause questions as bad as saying the wrong thing. Fortunately, through interactions with various students in the school, she began to overcome her trauma bit by bit.
The third episode is where the settings and characters are finally used. The whole episode is a mysterious story, where Monica tries to find out who is trying to kill Felix. Using her skills in trigonometry and calculus, she was able to figure out the assassin’s location during the latest attempts and then gather the evidence needed to identify the culprit. In the process, we see her attempts go beyond her own trauma and all do the right thing to protect her friends.
In these three episodes, we also get tips on the bigger mystery of the solution. The idea of memory-changing magic and its side effects is naturally introduced into the story, so we can find signs that there are still undisclosed masterminds pulling strings out of the shadows to make those who attack Felix in various ways.
All in all, these three episodes are a solid introduction to the world, characters and the status quo in general The Secret of the Silent Witch. Although it was a bit shaky, by episode three, the series had already strides forward.
