The manga’s story centers on Toun Hajime, an adventurer and experienced dungeon crawler. When he rescued a girl named Rirui who was devoured by a slime monster, he found that the girl had been abandoned by her parents and had nowhere to go. He couldn’t abandon the girl and decided to take her in, but found that she was not an ordinary girl.
